Shipping & Returns Policy
Please carefully review our shipping policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
We offer free shipping on all UK domestic orders. These are handled by either DPD or Evri.
Delivery is usually expected within 2-3 business days within the UK.
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address that your ordered from, along with your order number as shown on your order confirmation email
- We will then send you instructions on how to finish your refund
- Refunds can take up to 7 days from the day we receive the returned item
- Any return shipping fees will need to be paid by the customer
- We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items, so recommend you return using a tracked method (such as Royal Mail tracked delivery
